Kısaca: Agromio hesap açtırmaz ve kişisel veri toplamaz. Girdiğiniz analiz değerleri saklanmaz ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez; rapor fotoğrafları telefonda okunur ve kaydedilmez. Uygulamada reklam, izleme ya da kullanım istatistiği aracı yoktur.
1. Kapsam
Bu gizlilik politikası, Android ve iOS için yayımlanan Agromio uygulamasını kapsar. Agromio, toprak ve bitki (yaprak) analizi sonuçlarından gübreleme programı ve besin değerlendirmesi hesaplar.

3. Girdiğiniz değerler, sesle giriş ve rapor fotoğrafları
Bitki türü, analiz sonuçları ve formdaki diğer bilgiler yalnızca telefonunuzda, uygulama açıkken hesaplama için kullanılır. Hesaplama tamamen telefonunuzda yapılır. Bu bilgiler cihazda kaydedilmez, internete gönderilmez ve uygulama kapatıldığında silinir.
Rapordan ve etiketten okuma: Raporun ya da gübre etiketinin fotoğrafını çektiğinizde ya da galeriden seçtiğinizde fotoğraftaki yazı telefonunuzda okunur; bunun için internet gerekmez. Fotoğraf uygulama tarafından saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Okunan değerler size gösterilir ve yalnızca onayınızla forma yazılır.
Sesle giriş: Değerleri sesle girdiğinizde konuşmanız telefonun konuşma tanıma hizmetiyle (Android'de Google, iPhone'da Apple) yazıya çevrilir. iPhone'da cihaz destekliyorsa bu işlem telefonda yapılır; Android'de çevrimdışı dil paketi yüklüyse telefonda yapılabilir. Tanıma telefonda yapılamadığında ses bu hizmete iletilebilir. Uygulamaya yalnızca yazıya çevrilmiş metin gelir; ses kaydedilmez ve bize gönderilmez. Konuşma tanıma hizmeti için Google'ın ya da Apple'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
"Paylaş" düğmesine bastığınızda sonuç metni yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (ör. mesajlaşma ya da e-posta) aktarılır. Bundan sonra metin, o uygulamanın gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.
4. Cihazda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulama çalışabilmek için telefonunuzda yalnızca şunları saklar:
- tema (açık/koyu) ve dil tercihiniz,
- kullandığınız ücretsiz öneri sayısı,
- çiftçi paketinde seçtiğiniz bitkilerin adları ve satın aldığınız ilave bitki hakları,
- satın alma durumunuz: çiftçi paketinin ya da tam sürüm aboneliğinin etkin olup olmadığı, en son ne zaman doğrulandığı ve varsa bitiş tarihi,
- "Elimdeki gübreler" bölümüne eklediğiniz gübrelerin adı ve bileşimi (besin içerikleri) ile öneride hangilerinin kullanılacağı; her öneride yeniden girmeniz gerekmesin diye saklanır, uygulamadan silebilirsiniz.
Bu bilgiler sizi tanımlamaz, yalnızca cihazınızda kalır ve bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırarak ya da uygulama verilerini temizleyerek silebilirsiniz.
5. Uygulama içi satın almalar
Çiftçi paketi, ilave bitki ve tam sürüm (abonelik) ödemeleri Google Play ya da Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Ödeme ve hesap bilgileriniz (ad, e-posta, kart bilgileri vb.) bize iletilmez. Uygulama, satın alımınızın geçerli olup olmadığını telefonunuzdaki mağaza hizmetine sorarak denetler; sonuç cihazınızda değerlendirilir ve bize gönderilmez.
Google ve Apple, satış ve vergi raporlarında bize sipariş numarası, ürün, tarih, ülke ve tutar gibi bilgiler sunabilir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca muhasebe ve yasal yükümlülükler için kullanılır; sizi tanımlamak ya da pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Mağazaların veri işlemesi için kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir: Google Gizlilik Politikası, Apple Gizlilik Politikası.
6. İnternet kullanımı ve izinler
Hesaplamalar ve rapordan okuma internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır. Uygulama bize ait bir sunucuya bağlanmaz; internete yalnızca satın alma ve satın alma doğrulaması için mağaza hizmetleri (Google Play, App Store) üzerinden, sesle girişte de telefon cihazda tanımayı desteklemiyorsa konuşma tanıma hizmeti üzerinden çıkar. Uygulama internet erişimi ve uygulama içi satın alma izinlerini kullanır; mikrofon izni yalnızca sesle girişte, kamera ve fotoğraf izni yalnızca rapordan okumada sizin onayınızla istenir. 7. Toplanmayan veriler
Agromio ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, cihaz ya da reklam kimliği, kullanım istatistiği ve hata raporu gibi verileri toplamaz. Uygulamada reklam, üçüncü taraf analiz ya da izleme aracı bulunmaz; verileriniz satılmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz. İşletim sisteminin ya da mağazanın sizin ayarlarınıza göre topladığı çökme raporları bu politikanın değil, Google'ın ya da Apple'ın gizlilik politikalarının kapsamındadır.
8. Çocuklar
Agromio çiftçilere ve tarım profesyonellerine yöneliktir, çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
9. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 11. maddesi ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Agromio kişisel verilerinizi işlemediği için bizde size ait bir kayıt bulunmaz; yine de taleplerinizi destek@agromio.net adresine iletebilirsiniz. Mağaza hesabınız ve satın alımlarınızla ilgili veriler için Google'a ya da Apple'a başvurabilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle yayımlanır.
Privacy Policy

In short: Agromio requires no account and collects no personal data. The analysis values you enter are not stored and are never sent to any server; report photos are read on your phone and are not saved. The app contains no advertising, tracking or usage analytics.
1. Scope
This privacy policy covers the Agromio app for Android and iOS. Agromio calculates fertilisation programmes and nutrient assessments from soil and plant (leaf) analysis results.

3. Values you enter, voice input and report photos
The crop, analysis results and other information in the forms are used only on your phone, while the app is open, to perform the calculation. The calculation runs entirely on your phone. This information is not saved on the device, is not sent over the internet and is deleted when the app is closed.
Reading from a report or label: When you take a photo of a report or a fertiliser label or choose one from your gallery, the text in the photo is read on your phone; no internet connection is needed. The app does not keep the photo or send it anywhere. The values read are shown to you and are written into the form only with your confirmation.
Voice input: When you enter values by voice, your speech is converted to text by your phone's speech recognition service (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone). On iPhone this happens on the device if supported; on Android it can happen on the phone if an offline language pack is installed. When recognition cannot be done on the phone, the audio may be sent to that service. The app receives only the transcribed text; the audio is not recorded and is not sent to us. Google's or Apple's privacy policy applies to the speech recognition service.
When you tap "Share", the result text is passed only to the app you choose (for example a messaging or e-mail app). From then on, the text is subject to that app's privacy terms.
4. Information stored on your device
To work, the app stores only the following on your phone:
- your theme (light/dark) and language preference,
- the number of free recommendations used,
- the names of the plants chosen in your farmer pack and the extra plants you have bought,
- your purchase status: whether the farmer pack or a full-version subscription is active, when it was last verified and, if applicable, when it ends;
- the names and compositions (nutrient contents) of the fertilisers you add under "My fertilisers" and which of them are used in the recommendation; they are kept so that you do not have to enter them again for every recommendation, and you can delete them in the app.
This information does not identify you, stays on your device only and is not sent to us. You can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
5. In-app purchases
Payments for the farmer pack, extra plants and the full version (subscription) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your payment and account details (name, e-mail, card details, etc.) are not passed on to us. The app checks whether your purchase is valid by asking the store service on your phone; the result is evaluated on your device and is not sent to us.
Google and Apple may provide us with information such as order number, product, date, country and amount in their sales and tax reports. This information is used only for accounting and legal obligations, never to identify you or for marketing.
The stores' own privacy policies apply to their processing of data: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Internet use and permissions
Calculations and reading from reports work without an internet connection. The app does not connect to any server of ours; it uses the internet only through the store services (Google Play, App Store) for purchases and purchase verification and, for voice input, through the speech recognition service if your phone does not support on-device recognition. The app uses the internet access and in-app purchase permissions; the microphone permission is requested only for voice input and the camera and photo permissions only for reading from reports, with your consent. It does not access your location or contacts.
7. Data we do not collect
Agromio does not collect data such as your name, e-mail, phone number, location, device or advertising identifiers, usage statistics or crash reports. The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking tools; your data is not sold or shared with anyone. Crash reports that the operating system or the store collects according to your own settings are covered by Google's or Apple's privacy policies, not by this policy.
8. Children
Agromio is intended for farmers and agricultural professionals, not for children. The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
9. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to request information, rectification and erasure, and to object. As Agromio does not process your personal data, we hold no records about you; you may nevertheless send your requests to destek@agromio.net. For data relating to your store account and purchases, please contact Google or Apple.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above.

Kurz gesagt: Agromio benötigt kein Konto und erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die eingegebenen Analysewerte werden weder gespeichert noch an einen Server gesendet; Fotos von Berichten werden auf dem Telefon gelesen und nicht gespeichert. Die App enthält keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Nutzungsstatistik.

3. Eingegebene Werte, Spracheingabe und Berichtsfotos
Kultur, Analyseergebnisse und weitere Angaben in den Formularen werden nur auf Ihrem Telefon und nur bei geöffneter App für die Berechnung verwendet. Die Berechnung erfolgt vollständig auf Ihrem Telefon. Diese Angaben werden nicht auf dem Gerät gespeichert, nicht ins Internet übertragen und beim Schließen der App gelöscht.
Lesen aus Berichten und Etiketten: Wenn Sie einen Bericht oder ein Düngeretikett fotografieren oder ein Foto aus der Galerie wählen, wird der Text auf Ihrem Telefon gelesen; dafür ist kein Internet nötig. Die App speichert das Foto nicht und sendet es nirgendwohin. Die gelesenen Werte werden Ihnen angezeigt und nur mit Ihrer Bestätigung eingetragen.
Spracheingabe: Wenn Sie Werte per Sprache eingeben, wandelt der Spracherkennungsdienst Ihres Telefons (Google unter Android, Apple auf dem iPhone) das Gesprochene in Text um. Auf dem iPhone geschieht dies, sofern unterstützt, auf dem Gerät; unter Android kann es auf dem Telefon geschehen, wenn ein Offline-Sprachpaket installiert ist. Ist eine Erkennung auf dem Telefon nicht möglich, können die Audiodaten an diesen Dienst übermittelt werden. Die App erhält nur den erkannten Text; Audio wird weder aufgezeichnet noch an uns gesendet. Für den Spracherkennungsdienst gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google bzw. Apple.
Wenn Sie auf „Teilen“ tippen, wird der Ergebnistext nur an die von Ihnen gewählte App (z. B. Messenger oder E-Mail) übergeben. Danach unterliegt der Text den Datenschutzbedingungen dieser App.
4. Auf dem Gerät gespeicherte Informationen
Damit die App funktioniert, speichert sie auf Ihrem Telefon nur Folgendes:
- Ihre Design- (hell/dunkel) und Spracheinstellung,
- die Zahl der genutzten kostenlosen Empfehlungen,
- die Namen der im Landwirt-Paket gewählten Pflanzen und die gekauften zusätzlichen Pflanzen,
- Ihren Kaufstatus: ob das Landwirt-Paket oder ein Vollversions-Abonnement aktiv ist, wann dies zuletzt geprüft wurde und gegebenenfalls das Ablaufdatum;
- Name und Zusammensetzung (Nährstoffgehalte) der Dünger, die Sie unter „Meine Dünger“ hinzufügen, und welche davon in der Empfehlung verwendet werden; sie werden gespeichert, damit Sie sie nicht bei jeder Empfehlung neu eingeben müssen, und lassen sich in der App löschen.
Diese Informationen identifizieren Sie nicht, verbleiben nur auf Ihrem Gerät und werden nicht an uns gesendet. Sie können sie löschen, indem Sie die App deinstallieren oder ihre Daten löschen.
5. In-App-Käufe
Zahlungen für das Landwirt-Paket, zusätzliche Pflanzen und die Vollversion (Abonnement) werden von Google Play bzw. dem Apple App Store abgewickelt. Ihre Zahlungs- und Kontodaten (Name, E-Mail, Kartendaten usw.) werden nicht an uns übermittelt. Die App prüft die Gültigkeit Ihres Kaufs über den Store-Dienst auf Ihrem Telefon; das Ergebnis wird auf Ihrem Gerät ausgewertet und nicht an uns gesendet.
Google und Apple können uns in Verkaufs- und Steuerberichten Angaben wie Bestellnummer, Produkt, Datum, Land und Betrag bereitstellen. Diese werden ausschließlich für Buchhaltung und gesetzliche Pflichten verwendet, nie zu Ihrer Identifizierung oder für Marketing.
Für die Datenverarbeitung durch die Stores gelten deren eigene Datenschutzerklärungen: Datenschutzerklärung von Google, Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
6. Internetnutzung und Berechtigungen
Die Berechnungen und das Lesen aus Berichten funktionieren ohne Internetverbindung. Die App verbindet sich mit keinem eigenen Server; sie nutzt das Internet nur über die Store-Dienste (Google Play, App Store) für Käufe und deren Prüfung sowie bei der Spracheingabe über den Spracherkennungsdienst, falls Ihr Telefon keine Erkennung auf dem Gerät unterstützt. Die App verwendet die Berechtigungen für Internetzugang und In-App-Käufe; die Mikrofonberechtigung wird nur für die Spracheingabe und die Kamera- und Fotoberechtigung nur für das Lesen aus Berichten mit Ihrer Zustimmung angefragt. Auf Standort und Kontakte greift sie nicht zu.
7. Nicht erhobene Daten
Agromio erhebt keine Daten wie Name, E-Mail, Telefonnummer, Standort, Geräte- oder Werbe-ID, Nutzungsstatistiken oder Absturzberichte. Die App enthält keine Werbung und keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools Dritter; Ihre Daten werden weder verkauft noch weitergegeben. Absturzberichte, die das Betriebssystem oder der Store gemäß Ihren eigenen Einstellungen erhebt, fallen unter die Datenschutzerklärungen von Google bzw. Apple, nicht unter diese Erklärung.
8. Kinder
Agromio richtet sich an Landwirte und Fachleute der Landwirtschaft, nicht an Kinder. Die App erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, auch nicht von Kindern.
9. Ihre Rechte
Nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und Art. 11 des türkischen Datenschutzgesetzes Nr. 6698 (KVKK) haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft darüber, ob Ihre personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, sowie auf Berichtigung, Löschung und Widerspruch. Da Agromio keine personenbezogenen Daten von Ihnen verarbeitet, liegen uns keine Daten zu Ihrer Person vor; Ihre Anfragen können Sie dennoch an destek@agromio.net richten. Für Daten zu Ihrem Store-Konto und Ihren Käufen wenden Sie sich bitte an Google oder Apple.
10. Änderungen
Diese Erklärung kann bei Bedarf aktualisiert werden. Die aktuelle Fassung wird stets auf dieser Seite mit dem oben angegebenen Stand veröffentlicht.

3. Valeurs saisies, saisie vocale et photos de rapports
La culture, les résultats d'analyse et les autres informations des formulaires ne sont utilisés que sur votre téléphone, pendant que l'application est ouverte, pour effectuer le calcul. Le calcul est entièrement réalisé sur votre téléphone. Ces informations ne sont pas enregistrées sur l'appareil, ne sont pas envoyées sur Internet et sont effacées à la fermeture de l'application.
Lecture de rapport ou d'étiquette : lorsque vous photographiez un rapport ou une étiquette d'engrais, ou choisissez une photo dans la galerie, le texte est lu sur votre téléphone ; aucune connexion Internet n'est nécessaire. L'application ne conserve pas la photo et ne l'envoie nulle part. Les valeurs lues vous sont présentées et ne sont saisies qu'avec votre confirmation.
Saisie vocale : lorsque vous dictez des valeurs, le service de reconnaissance vocale de votre téléphone (Google sur Android, Apple sur iPhone) convertit la parole en texte. Sur iPhone, cela se fait sur l'appareil si c'est possible ; sur Android, cela peut se faire sur le téléphone si un pack de langue hors ligne est installé. Lorsque la reconnaissance ne peut pas se faire sur le téléphone, l'audio peut être transmis à ce service. L'application ne reçoit que le texte transcrit ; l'audio n'est ni enregistré ni envoyé à nous. La politique de confidentialité de Google ou d'Apple s'applique au service de reconnaissance vocale.
Lorsque vous touchez « Partager », le texte du résultat est transmis uniquement à l'application que vous choisissez (par exemple une messagerie ou un e-mail). Il est ensuite soumis aux conditions de confidentialité de cette application.
4. Informations conservées sur l'appareil
Pour fonctionner, l'application conserve uniquement les éléments suivants sur votre téléphone :
- votre préférence de thème (clair/sombre) et de langue,
- le nombre de recommandations gratuites utilisées,
- les noms des plantes choisies dans votre pack agriculteur et les plantes supplémentaires achetées,
- l'état de vos achats : si le pack agriculteur ou un abonnement à la version complète est actif, la date de la dernière vérification et, le cas échéant, la date de fin ;
- le nom et la composition (teneurs en éléments nutritifs) des engrais que vous ajoutez dans « Mes engrais » et ceux qui sont utilisés dans la recommandation ; ils sont conservés pour que vous n'ayez pas à les saisir à chaque recommandation, et vous pouvez les supprimer dans l'application.
Ces informations ne vous identifient pas, restent uniquement sur votre appareil et ne nous sont pas envoyées. Vous pouvez les supprimer en désinstallant l'application ou en effaçant ses données.
5. Achats intégrés
Les paiements du pack agriculteur, des plantes supplémentaires et de la version complète (abonnement) sont traités par Google Play ou l'App Store d'Apple. Vos informations de paiement et de compte (nom, e-mail, données de carte, etc.) ne nous sont pas transmises. L'application vérifie la validité de votre achat auprès du service de la boutique sur votre téléphone ; le résultat est évalué sur votre appareil et ne nous est pas envoyé.
Google et Apple peuvent nous fournir, dans leurs rapports de ventes et fiscaux, des informations telles que le numéro de commande, le produit, la date, le pays et le montant. Ces informations servent uniquement à la comptabilité et aux obligations légales, jamais à vous identifier ni à des fins marketing.
Les traitements effectués par les boutiques sont régis par leurs propres politiques : Règles de confidentialité de Google, Politique de confidentialité d'Apple.
6. Utilisation d'Internet et autorisations
Les calculs et la lecture de rapports fonctionnent sans connexion Internet. L'application ne se connecte à aucun serveur qui nous appartient ; elle utilise Internet uniquement via les services des boutiques (Google Play, App Store) pour les achats et leur vérification et, pour la saisie vocale, via le service de reconnaissance vocale si votre téléphone ne permet pas la reconnaissance sur l'appareil. Elle utilise les autorisations d'accès à Internet et d'achats intégrés ; l'autorisation du micro n'est demandée que pour la saisie vocale, et celles de l'appareil photo et des photos que pour la lecture de rapports, avec votre accord. Elle n'accède ni à votre position ni à vos contacts.
7. Données non collectées
Agromio ne collecte pas de données telles que nom, e-mail, numéro de téléphone, position, identifiant de l'appareil ou publicitaire, statistiques d'utilisation ou rapports de plantage. L'application ne contient ni publicité, ni outil d'analyse ou de suivi tiers ; vos données ne sont ni vendues ni partagées. Les rapports de plantage collectés par le système d'exploitation ou la boutique selon vos propres réglages relèvent des politiques de confidentialité de Google ou d'Apple, et non de la présente politique.
8. Enfants
Agromio s'adresse aux agriculteurs et aux professionnels de l'agriculture, et non aux enfants. L'application ne collecte de données personnelles auprès de personne, y compris des enfants.
9. Vos droits
En vertu du Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD) et de l'article 11 de la loi turque n° 6698 sur la protection des données personnelles (KVKK), vous avez le droit de savoir si vos données personnelles sont traitées, d'en demander l'accès, la rectification et l'effacement, et de vous y opposer. Agromio ne traitant pas vos données personnelles, nous ne détenons aucune donnée vous concernant ; vous pouvez néanmoins adresser vos demandes à destek@agromio.net. Pour les données liées à votre compte de boutique et à vos achats, veuillez contacter Google ou Apple.
10. Modifications

3. Valori inseriti, input vocale e foto dei referti
La coltura, i risultati delle analisi e le altre informazioni dei moduli vengono usati solo sul tuo telefono, mentre l'app è aperta, per eseguire il calcolo. Il calcolo avviene interamente sul telefono. Queste informazioni non vengono salvate sul dispositivo, non vengono inviate via Internet e vengono cancellate alla chiusura dell'app.
Lettura dal referto o dall'etichetta: quando fotografi un referto o l'etichetta di un fertilizzante o scegli una foto dalla galleria, il testo viene letto sul telefono; non serve Internet. L'app non conserva la foto e non la invia da nessuna parte. I valori letti ti vengono mostrati e vengono inseriti nel modulo solo con la tua conferma.
Input vocale: quando detti i valori, il servizio di riconoscimento vocale del telefono (Google su Android, Apple su iPhone) converte il parlato in testo. Su iPhone avviene sul dispositivo se supportato; su Android può avvenire sul telefono se è installato un pacchetto linguistico offline. Quando il riconoscimento non può avvenire sul telefono, l'audio può essere inviato a tale servizio. L'app riceve solo il testo trascritto; l'audio non viene registrato né inviato a noi. Al servizio di riconoscimento vocale si applica l'informativa sulla privacy di Google o di Apple.
Quando tocchi «Condividi», il testo del risultato viene passato solo all'app che scegli (ad esempio messaggistica o e-mail). Da quel momento il testo è soggetto alle condizioni sulla privacy di quell'app.
4. Informazioni conservate sul dispositivo
Per funzionare, l'app conserva sul telefono soltanto:
- le preferenze di tema (chiaro/scuro) e di lingua,
- il numero di consigli gratuiti usati,
- i nomi delle piante scelte nel pacchetto agricoltore e le piante aggiuntive acquistate,
- lo stato degli acquisti: se il pacchetto agricoltore o un abbonamento alla versione completa è attivo, quando è stato verificato l'ultima volta e, se presente, la data di scadenza;
- il nome e la composizione (contenuto di nutrienti) dei fertilizzanti che aggiunge in "I miei fertilizzanti" e quali vengono usati nella raccomandazione; sono conservati per non doverli reinserire a ogni raccomandazione e può eliminarli nell'app.
Queste informazioni non ti identificano, restano solo sul dispositivo e non ci vengono inviate. Puoi eliminarle disinstallando l'app o cancellandone i dati.
5. Acquisti in-app
I pagamenti del pacchetto agricoltore, delle piante aggiuntive e della versione completa (abbonamento) sono gestiti da Google Play o dall'App Store di Apple. I tuoi dati di pagamento e dell'account (nome, e-mail, dati della carta, ecc.) non ci vengono trasmessi. L'app verifica la validità dell'acquisto tramite il servizio dello store sul telefono; il risultato viene valutato sul dispositivo e non ci viene inviato.
Google e Apple possono fornirci, nei rapporti di vendita e fiscali, informazioni come numero d'ordine, prodotto, data, paese e importo. Queste informazioni sono usate solo per la contabilità e gli obblighi di legge, mai per identificarti o per finalità di marketing.
Il trattamento dei dati da parte degli store è regolato dalle rispettive informative: Norme sulla privacy di Google, Informativa sulla privacy di Apple.
6. Uso di Internet e autorizzazioni
I calcoli e la lettura dei referti funzionano senza connessione a Internet. L'app non si collega ad alcun nostro server; usa Internet solo tramite i servizi degli store (Google Play, App Store) per gli acquisti e la loro verifica e, per l'input vocale, tramite il servizio di riconoscimento vocale se il telefono non supporta il riconoscimento sul dispositivo. L'app usa le autorizzazioni per l'accesso a Internet e per gli acquisti in-app; l'autorizzazione al microfono viene chiesta solo per l'input vocale e quelle a fotocamera e foto solo per la lettura dei referti, con il tuo consenso. Non accede a posizione e contatti.
7. Dati non raccolti
Agromio non raccoglie dati come nome, e-mail, numero di telefono, posizione, identificativi del dispositivo o pubblicitari, statistiche di utilizzo o rapporti sugli arresti anomali. L'app non contiene pubblicità né strumenti di analisi o tracciamento di terze parti; i tuoi dati non vengono venduti né condivisi. I rapporti sugli arresti anomali raccolti dal sistema operativo o dallo store in base alle tue impostazioni rientrano nelle informative di Google o Apple, non nella presente.
8. Minori
Agromio è destinata ad agricoltori e professionisti del settore agricolo, non ai minori. L'app non raccoglie dati personali da nessuno, minori compresi.
9. I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) e dell'articolo 11 della legge turca n. 6698 sulla protezione dei dati personali (KVKK), hai il diritto di sapere se i tuoi dati personali sono trattati, di chiederne l'accesso, la rettifica e la cancellazione e di opporti al trattamento. Poiché Agromio non tratta i tuoi dati personali, non conserviamo alcun dato che ti riguardi; puoi comunque inviare le tue richieste a destek@agromio.net. Per i dati relativi al tuo account dello store e ai tuoi acquisti, rivolgiti a Google o Apple.
10. Modifiche
La presente informativa può essere aggiornata quando necessario. La versione in vigore è sempre pubblicata in questa pagina, con la data di ultimo aggiornamento indicata sopra.

En resumen: Agromio no requiere cuenta y no recoge datos personales. Los valores de análisis que introduce no se guardan ni se envían a ningún servidor; las fotos de informes se leen en el teléfono y no se guardan. La aplicación no contiene publicidad, seguimiento ni estadísticas de uso.
1. Ámbito
Esta política de privacidad se aplica a la aplicación Agromio para Android e iOS. Agromio calcula programas de abonado y evaluaciones nutricionales a partir de los resultados de análisis de suelo y de análisis vegetales (foliares).

3. Valores introducidos, entrada por voz y fotos de informes
El cultivo, los resultados de análisis y el resto de la información de los formularios se usan solo en su teléfono, mientras la aplicación está abierta, para realizar el cálculo. El cálculo se hace por completo en su teléfono. Esta información no se guarda en el dispositivo, no se envía por Internet y se borra al cerrar la aplicación.
Lectura de informes y etiquetas: cuando fotografía un informe o la etiqueta de un fertilizante o elige una foto de la galería, el texto se lee en su teléfono; no se necesita Internet. La aplicación no guarda la foto ni la envía a ningún sitio. Los valores leídos se le muestran y solo se escriben en el formulario con su confirmación.
Entrada por voz: cuando dicta valores, el servicio de reconocimiento de voz del teléfono (Google en Android, Apple en iPhone) convierte lo dicho en texto. En iPhone se hace en el dispositivo si es compatible; en Android puede hacerse en el teléfono si hay un paquete de idioma sin conexión instalado. Cuando el reconocimiento no puede hacerse en el teléfono, el audio puede enviarse a ese servicio. La aplicación solo recibe el texto transcrito; el audio no se graba ni se nos envía. Al servicio de reconocimiento de voz se aplica la política de privacidad de Google o de Apple.
Cuando pulsa «Compartir», el texto del resultado se pasa únicamente a la aplicación que usted elija (por ejemplo, mensajería o correo electrónico). A partir de ese momento, el texto queda sujeto a las condiciones de privacidad de esa aplicación.
4. Información guardada en el dispositivo
Para funcionar, la aplicación guarda en su teléfono únicamente:
- sus preferencias de tema (claro/oscuro) e idioma,
- el número de recomendaciones gratuitas usadas,
- los nombres de las plantas elegidas en su paquete agricultor y las plantas adicionales compradas,
- el estado de sus compras: si el paquete agricultor o una suscripción a la versión completa está activa, cuándo se verificó por última vez y, en su caso, la fecha de fin;
- el nombre y la composición (contenido de nutrientes) de los fertilizantes que añade en «Mis fertilizantes» y cuáles se usan en la recomendación; se guardan para que no tenga que introducirlos en cada recomendación y puede eliminarlos en la aplicación.
Esta información no le identifica, permanece solo en su dispositivo y no se nos envía. Puede borrarla desinstalando la aplicación o borrando sus datos.
5. Compras dentro de la aplicación
Los pagos del paquete agricultor, de las plantas adicionales y de la versión completa (suscripción) los procesa Google Play o el App Store de Apple. Sus datos de pago y de cuenta (nombre, correo electrónico, datos de la tarjeta, etc.) no se nos transmiten. La aplicación comprueba la validez de su compra consultando el servicio de la tienda en su teléfono; el resultado se evalúa en su dispositivo y no se nos envía.
Google y Apple pueden facilitarnos, en sus informes de ventas y fiscales, datos como el número de pedido, el producto, la fecha, el país y el importe. Estos datos se usan solo para la contabilidad y las obligaciones legales, nunca para identificarle ni con fines de marketing.
El tratamiento de datos por parte de las tiendas se rige por sus propias políticas: Política de privacidad de Google, Política de privacidad de Apple.
6. Uso de Internet y permisos
Los cálculos y la lectura de informes funcionan sin conexión a Internet. La aplicación no se conecta a ningún servidor nuestro; solo usa Internet a través de los servicios de las tiendas (Google Play, App Store) para las compras y su verificación y, en la entrada por voz, a través del servicio de reconocimiento de voz si su teléfono no admite el reconocimiento en el dispositivo. Utiliza los permisos de acceso a Internet y de compras dentro de la aplicación; el permiso de micrófono solo se solicita para la entrada por voz y los de cámara y fotos solo para la lectura de informes, con su consentimiento. No accede a su ubicación ni a sus contactos.
7. Datos que no recogemos
Agromio no recoge datos como nombre, correo electrónico, número de teléfono, ubicación, identificadores del dispositivo o de publicidad, estadísticas de uso ni informes de fallos. La aplicación no contiene publicidad ni herramientas de análisis o seguimiento de terceros; sus datos no se venden ni se comparten. Los informes de fallos que el sistema operativo o la tienda recogen según su propia configuración se rigen por las políticas de privacidad de Google o de Apple, no por esta política.
8. Menores
Agromio está dirigida a agricultores y profesionales del sector agrícola, no a menores. La aplicación no recoge datos personales de nadie, incluidos los menores.
9. Sus derechos
En virtud del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y del artículo 11 de la Ley turca n.º 6698 de Protección de Datos Personales (KVKK), tiene derecho a saber si se tratan sus datos personales, a solicitar el acceso, la rectificación y la supresión, y a oponerse al tratamiento. Como Agromio no trata sus datos personales, no conservamos ningún dato sobre usted; aun así, puede enviar sus solicitudes a destek@agromio.net. Para los datos relativos a su cuenta de la tienda y a sus compras, diríjase a Google o a Apple.
10. Cambios
Esta política puede actualizarse cuando sea necesario. La versión vigente se publica siempre en esta página, con la fecha de última actualización indicada arriba.
